Using the latest computers and software, we are able to access and utilize a wide variety of information available. We can access deed information, government control data and aerial photography and use this information to prepare calculations and reference materials for field use. This information is then downloaded into a handheld data collector.
|
Once in the field, the information will be used by a professional land surveyor to perform the necessary field survey work. He is equipped with a robotic survey instrument and a GPS receiver controlled remotely by the handheld data collector and a communication system. This allows the surveyor to move freely around the site, making first-hand observations and determinations of evidence relevant to the survey. All field measurements and descriptions are stored in this data collector for later use in the office.

Once back in the office, the surveyor can quickly import the field data into the computer for analysis. This data is imported into a cutting edge computer drafting program that is used to prepare the final map or plat of survey. The plat can be printed on to full sized sheets or it can be converted into a variety of digital formats including pdf, jpeg, and more.
This streamlined process enables Mulloy Land Surveying to produce the highest quality surveys quickly and at competitive prices.
