With 45 years of experience, Thomas Mulloy, PLS provides boundary surveys, topographic surveys, recombinations, and subdivisions throughout the City of Asheville and Buncombe County. A strong working knowledge of local land-use regulations helps projects move efficiently from survey to approval. Modern technology ensures precise, dependable results on every project.

 As an owner-operated practice, I specialize in residential properties and small tracts—typically 1 acre or less, and occasionally up to 2 acres. I do not perform surveys on large acreage parcels or extremely steep mountain terrain.
